Part Listing Details, Prices & Availability
Whilst we try our utmost to keep our part listing details, pricing and availability as accurate as possible we reserve the right to update listing descriptions, prices and availability without prior notice. If in the event of any such change to Pricing, Details or Availbility on Parts which have been ordered we shall contact the purchaser and inform them of any such changes. The purchaser may then cancel the order completely at their discretion.

Part Condition
All our parts arrive to us sealed/boxed/bagged. We perform random quality control checks on all our lines to ensure we are being supplied the correct products, materials and obviously quantities. All our parts are Brand New unless stated "Exchange" or "Surcharged" on the products information screen.

Deliveries
Upon checkout you will be prompted to choose a delivery method.
In the event that orders are missing, late or damaged we shall do our utmost to help rectify the issue with the courier in question.

Special Deliveries
Customers with Orders that can not be sent on time will be notified in advance and an alternative date and/or time will be offered. If at this point an alternative date and/or time can not be agreed a full refund will be given.

Re-Deliveries
In the event of items being returned to us by the courier for any reason VauxhallWorldParts.com shall not be liable for charges for Re-Delivery

Order Cancellation
Orders maybe cancelled within 7 days from the day after collection or delivery
This can be done in writing then either

In the event of cancellation where the goods are En-Route or Delivered a full refund on the order will be made when the order has been received back to us, unopened and at your expense.
If you feel have received an incorrect part and have been either given advice, a part number from us or the part has been incorrectly listed on our website then we shall arrange to either have the item picked up or a postage voucher sent out for you to return it.
There is no handling fee charge for this situation

If the item you have received is incorrect and you have looked up the part incorrectly then unfortunately VauxhallWorldParts.com can not be held responsible. We shall however do our outmost to help rectify this with the correct part, if available, being sent to you.
There is no handling charge if the item is returned to us within 7 days of purchase.
Over 7 days of purchase there is a 15% (value of the goods) handling fee.

Warranty Returns
Each manufacturer has their own policies regarding Warranty Returns
The standard and quickest way to return your vehicle to the road is to purchase another part, complete the warranty return form and send the faulty part back to us.
All parts must be tested by the manufacturer for confirmation of a fault. Once this is done a full refund (Original Part value plus delivery of New Part) will be processed.
Warranty returns where the manufacturer requests to test the part may take upto 3 months to resolve

Title of Goods
The Title of the Goods shall not pass until full payment has been made

Accounts
All credit accounts must be clear on or before the 25th day of each Month from the Date of Invoice
Failure to do may result in your account service being suspended
Should the purchaser default, the purchaser will be liable for any costs incurred in retrieval of the debt which shall attract an interest at the rate of 2% per month
Credit Accounts may be suspended, declined, cancelled at our discretion.
