Within The E.U.
All persons within the E.U. will be charged V.A.T. by us on all orders.

Outside The E.U.
Persons outside of the E.U. will not be charged V.A.T. by us.
You will however be charged V.A.T. depending on your countries Rules & Regulations of Imports.
Please check with your countries customs or import duties for a full total of additional costs.


Some of the parts we stock and supply come directly from General Motors (Vauxhall). Most of the parts we stock have come directly from the manufacturer (ie: Bosch, ACDelco, Febi Bilstein, etc).

You don't! You can order your parts via or telephone sales on 01375 391 931.
Registration is only required for purchasing parts online.

Once payment is received your parts will be picked and sent


Warranty Returns
Contact us immediately!

Our Return Proceedure
Once you have requested a warranty credit for a part and have returned the part to us we then forward the part to the manufacturer for inspection. This can take anything from a couple of weeks to up to 3 months for a response depending the manufacturer.

Faulty Parts on Arrival
Faulty parts must be reported to us within 7 days of purchase and returned within 14 days.
Please ensure that you check your parts upon arrival from the courier

Q/ I have received the incorrect part... What now?


If you feel have received an incorrect part and have been either given advise, a part number from us or the part has been incorrectly listed on our website then we shall arrange to either have the item picked up or a postage voucher sent out for you to return it.
There is no handling fee charge for this situation

If the item you have received is incorrect and you have looked up the part incorrectly then unfortunately we can not be held responsible. We shall however do our outmost to help rectify this with the correct part, if available, being sent to you.
There is no handling charge if the item is returned to us within 7 days of purchase.
Over 7 days of purchase there is a 15% (value of the goods) handling fee.

This does not include electrical items

Q/ What warranties do you give with your parts?


All our parts come with their manufacturer warranties. For further details please do not hesitate to contact us regarding this.

Most of the parts we supply will come with a Manufacturers warranty of 12 months / 12,000 miles. If a part we have supplied goes wrong within this period then please contact us using the credit form from your order screen or call our sales team on (01375) 391 931 to start a credit procedure.

Returns Rules in short
We do not accept returns on any electrical items
We only accept returns on parts that have not been fitted
Postage costs are not covered


Once a part request or part enquiry is submitted you will receive an estimated time of response. The most common fault is that our e-mails are put into Junk / Spam email folders so please ensure you check the email is not in there.

If you have failed to receive a response within this time frame and you can not find a response email then please contact us.
