Some of the parts we stock and supply come directly from General Motors (Vauxhall). Most of the parts we stock have come directly from the manufacturer (ie: Bosch, ACDelco, Febi Bilstein, etc).

Registration is only required for purchasing parts online.

Once payment is received your parts will be picked and sent

Contact us immediately! We shall do our outmost to get a replacement part out to you as soon as possible! The turn around for this is usually around 2-3 days. Due to our courier service's heafty pick up charges, we ask customers return the faulty part(s) using Royal Mail when prompted to do so.
Faulty parts must be reported to us within 7 days of purchase and returned within 14 days.
Please ensure that you check your parts upon arrival from the courier

Q/ I have received the incorrect part... What now? |
If you feel have received an incorrect part and have been either given advise, a part number from us or the part has been incorrectly listed on our website then we shall arrange to either have the item picked up or a postage voucher sent out for you to return it.
If the item you have received is incorrect and you have looked up the part incorrectly then unfortunately we can not be held responsible. We shall however do our outmost to help rectify this with the correct part, if available, being sent to you.
We do not charge handling fee's on parts being returned that are incorrect.
This does not include electrical items

Q/ What warranties do you give with your parts? |
All our parts come with their manufacturer warranties. For further details please do not hesitate to contact us regarding this.
Most of the parts we supply will come with a Manufacturers warranty of 12 months / 12,000 miles. If a part we have supplied goes wrong within this period then please contact us using the credit form from your order screen or call our sales team on (01375) 391 931 to start a credit procedure.
